If you often find yourself in LiveCode juggling bunches of stacks and palettes, you might want to get ahold of tmNavigator, a visual window management plugin. The resizable palette tracks virtually every stack launched in LiveCode and displays draggable thumbnails in the preview. Multiple monitors are supported, and you can perform the following operations on a stack, without touching the stack itself:
- set the stack’s width
- set the stack’s height
- set the stack’s top position
- set the stack’s left position
- bring the stack forward
- center the stack on the screen
- close the stack
You can show hidden stacks, choose to include or exclude IDE stacks, and drag stacks across the monitor previews (if you run a system with multiple monitors).
The plugin can be purchased here.
The plugin can be downloaded here ($9 shareware license requested).
